I’m a design leader with a background as a Design Principal at IBM in Switzerland, where I led teams driving design and business transformation across industries. Over the years, I’ve worked with global, multi-disciplinary teams to create award-winning products and services for clients in industrial, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors.
My approach is rooted in human-centered design: combining creativity, empathy, and strategy to make innovation practical and impactful. For me, design isn’t just about marketing—it’s about shaping products, services, and end-to-end journeys that make a real difference for people and businesses alike.
Before IBM, I led teams in San Francisco, Zurich, Amsterdam, and Hamburg, bridging the agency and corporate worlds. My expertise spans brand, service, and product design, as well as customer experience and innovation, with a strong track record in managing complex projects and teams.
Today, I also coach startups as an Innosuisse Special Coach, focusing on co-creation, innovation, and AI design. I regularly share insights with companies, universities, and design communities, and I’ve served on juries for international design competitions, including Cannes Lions.
To sum it up, I help organizations connect strategy with human insight and guide teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences.
